Eagle Scout

Giovanni Dill Cimmino (right) recently earned the Eagle Scout Award. Dill Cimmino, 15, is pictured with his mother, Kristen Dill. He became Eagle Scout No. 157 of Troop 33, of Takoma Park, Md. Dill Cimmino’s Eagle Scout project was to identify and label Takoma Park storm drains against disposal of products that could be damaging to the Chesapeake Bay. His Eagle Court of Honor ceremony was held Aug.10, at Camp Horseshoe, Rising Sun, Md. His ceremony was attended by his parents, Kristen Dill and Giuseppe Cimmino, his grandparents Bernie and Pam Dill of Ashland and Sandy and Greg Young of Fremont.
