LINCOLN – On Nov. 4, Gov. Pete Ricketts announced recent appointments he has made to fill Nebraska’s boards and commissions. Among the appointees was Thomas Judds of Ashland, who was appointed to the Nebraska Commission on Housing and Homelessness. The appointees are unpaid and are not subject to Legislative confirmation:
