ASHLAND – Two more Ashland residents have decided to put their names on the ballot for the May 12 Primary Election.

Amanda Roe has filed for election in Ashland City Council’s Ward 1. Her opponent is incumbent Charles Niemeyer, who was appointed to the city council seat in February after Paul Gossin resigned.

On the Ashland-Greenwood Board of Education ballot, Jerry Wall has filed for election. He will face incumbents Eric Beranek, Suzanne Sapp and David Nygren. There are three seats available.
