the consent agenda. Mack

seconded the motion.

Water Report

Vandeman explained that the

gear drive went out on the panel

drive. He is waiting on a quote

from Motion Industries. He discussed

prices increases that are

going to cause overages at the

end of the year.

Sheriff Report

It was discussed that the Sheriff

is to enforce the ordinance regarding

licensed ATV/UTV and

golf carts.

Communication of Citizens

Consider requests from individuals

present. Each speaker will

be allowed two minutes and no

action will be taken on these topics

until the next Board Meeting.

The Village Board will review the

matters and take action as they

deem appropriate. Notice: There is

to be no comments or disruption

to the meeting in progress. You

will be asked to leave if the above

is not adhered to. We ask for your

cooperation and courtesy. Thank

You.

Old Business

Approve disapprove rezoning

for 32-12-09 Leadabrand’s Lots 1-2

NW1/4 SW1/4

The public hearing was held

at last meeting. Wilken made a

motion to disapprove the rezoning

for 32-12-09 Leadabrand’s Lots 1-2

NW ¼ SW ¼ until there is someone

that would like to build on the

property. Piehl seconded the motion.

The board decided that a vote

wasn’t needed because they decided

against selling the land.

for the newsletter. Piehl

for $3002.00 with a 10% contingency.

Ahlman lot split application

Gerlach made a motion to deny

the lot split application until it

is reviewed by the Planning and

Zoning Commission. Mack

Maintenance Report

They new mower has arrived.

He will start concrete patch work

if weather holds up. He has new

signs coming. They discussed

keeping the dump locked due to

DEQ regulations. There discussed

putting phone numbers on the

sign.

Board Questions or Comments

Gerlach mentioned that he is

working on revising the ordinance

book. Starr mentioned that we

need to get weather proof stickers

for the ATV license plates. Wilken

mentioned that a meat butchery

was looking to move into town. It

would bring in around 15 jobs to

the community.

Wilken made a motion to adjourn

at 8:33pm. Gerlach seconded

the motion.
