EAGLE – They are hoping to light up Eagle this holiday season. And as a way to encourage people, Eagle Vision will again be sponsoring a “Light Up Eagle” contest.

This is the fourth year for the contest and once again it will be divided into three divisions: religion, most lights, and festive.

Lights have to be up by Dec. 13 as Eagle Vision officers and board members will judge them Dec. 19. The winner will receive a gift card.

To enter the contest, go to Eagle Vision Facebook page or e-mail to eaglevi-sionne@gmail.com.

Santa will also visit Eagle on Saturday, Dec. 15 and forms will be available there to fill out.

Breakfast with Santa will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. at Eagle Elementary School.

An added plus this year is that Eagle Vision will be selling raffle tickets for a quilt that was made by peo-ple in the community. The group asked residents at last year’s Eagle Days to make a red, white and blue theme square. Twenty blocks were turned in and sewn together by Julie Kreikemeier. The ladies of Rosebud Reservation did the quilting.
